Spending Initiative wisely during the heat of battle is key to victory. ![]() ![]() Abilities have no cooldowns, but kicking ass does require what's called Initiative points. The Thief can dual-wield daggers, swords and pistols. They can "travel through the shadows, vanish into thin air, or steal items from their opponents and use them as weapons". Thieves have low armour and health, but they're quick and evasive. The Thief is said to be "deadly in combat", particularly when catching enemies off guard. NCsoft and ArenaNet have revealed the sixth Guild Wars 2 profession: The Thief.
